Who we are?

Sisinotho Holdings (PTY) Ltd is an investment company that is overseen and managed by its directors. The company has aspirations to enhance the portfolio by engaging in sustainable and long term investments. This is done through growth , by procuring real estate assets from different asset classes and by sweating(management of assets) the assets in the portfolio. Growth and management of our assets is the core philosophy of our company. The above strategy will ensure sustainable growth and healthy return for our assets. The company wants to grow a diversified sustainable portfolio.

  • Qualifications and Professional Affiliations:
  • Batchelor of Arts(BA) degree in International Relations and African Politics from University of South Africa(UNISA)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand
  • Advance Diploma in Construction Management, College of Contract Management, United Kingdom (currently busy with)
  • Introduction to Property Management from the University of Pretoria
  • Certified Property Manager(CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management(IREM) ,USA
  • Property Development Program (PDP) form the University of Cape Town (UCT)
  • Member of South African Property Owners Association(SAPOA)
  • Member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
  • Member of South African Institute of Black Property Practioners

  • Experience:
  • Mr Gumede is currently the Property Development and Investments Manager at Sisinotho Holdings. He oversees the management and leasing of the properties , evaluates the financial feasibility of new investments that will be potentially procured and manages the development of the assets.
  • He started his career at Broll Property Group through their graduate programme. He then proceeded to embark on a career in Property Management. During his tenure at Broll he managed real estate assets whose total value is R652,4 million. The size of the portfolio managed during this period was 96 057m². The crown jewel in the portfolio of assets , was Meadowdale Mall which went through a 10 000m² expansion. The portfolio managed consisted of retail and office assets.
  • He then moved to Soundrock Integrated Solution where he was the leasing manager for the portfolio. He oversaw the leasing of various types of real estate assets(retail , residential and office). Mr Gumede was also mandated to do leasing and sales outside of the portfolio. Some of the prestigious clients he has worked with. Dipula Income Fund , Arrowhead , Dijalo Property Group , Delta Property Fund , Tekkie Town , Ocean Basket , Moolman Property Group , Zhauns Group , Broll Property Group, Cushman and Wakefield , Build It , New Vantage Properties , Growthpoint , Isibonelo Holdings ,Clientelle and Emira just to name a few
  • The sum of his experiences and academic achievements , that has been arduously gained. Has given him the exposure to deal with the challenges in his current vocation.






Saul Gumede

  • Estate Agency Affairs Board(EAAB) - Principal
  • Property Development Programme(PDP) from University of Cape Town(UCT) He’s the past National Treasurer and National Vice-President of (SAPOA), past Treasurer and President of South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP). He’s the Current Chairperson of Property Sector Charter Council(PSCC), and Member of Education and Knowledge Products Committee of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in USA. Current President of IREM South Africa Gauteng Chapter.

  • Mr Gumede is the Co- Founder and Group CEO of Dijalo Property Group and Co-Founder of JSE listed Dipula Income Fund. Mr Gumede started his career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touché, in 1982. In 1985, he joined Old Mutual Properties and held the position of Property Accountant and five years later promoted to Regional Financial Manager.
  • Moved to Sefalana Employee Benefits Organisation (SEBO) in 1990 and took up the position of Assistant General Manager-Finance, one of his major achievements were sourcing and implementation of a MENTOR Property Management System and the conversion of the property portfolio into unit trust structure.
  • During his tenure, the Portfolio grew from R350 – R800 Million. He was also a member of the SEBO’s Investment Committee. His return to Old Mutual Properties in 1995 as Regional Property Manager allowed him the overall responsibility of the Johannesburg Property Portfolio of R3.2Billion, 308 properties, 1 555 tenants occupying 1 860 000m² and was promoted to Regional Investment Manager responsible for acquisitions of both income producing and development properties including disposals.
  • This vast wealth of experience and knowledge gained was over 33 years in the property industry and which led to the birth and establishment of Dipula Property Fund in 2005 which was listed on the JSE as Dipula Income Fund in 2011.
